#MondayMotivation: 10 Affirmations to Start Your Week With Positivity

Keeping ourselves motivated is not an easy task, even for ourselves. It's okay to seek help from external sources like these positive mantras to help us through the week.

At the start of this year, I realized that my Mondays began with a bleak attitude, which is when I decided to change things up. I needed some time to get into the groove but after a couple of weeks, Mondays with Myself is a hit with me. I start the week with a journal and some affirmations that motivate me to keep a positive attitude for the rest of the week. It has helped me be positive and get things done like I wanted to.

It may not be failproof but it does help me have a more intentional approach to my goals and week ahead. It is easy to lose my motivation among other chores and responsibilities but when I am my own cheerleader, boss, and employee, I have to answer to myself. It's not easy or possible to always have a positive attitude because setbacks and challenges can force us to take stock.
