It's wedding bells for Tammy Slaton and Caleb Willingham! The 36-year-old reality TV star first met Willingham, 39, at the Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, and eventually fell in love with him in the same place. So what better wedding venue than the rehab center itself to celebrate their big day?

"You all knew me as Tammy Slaton, but now you'll all know me as Mrs. Tammy Willingham," the 1000 Lb. Sisters star told PEOPLE. "I'm married now!" The ceremony on Saturday included 30 friends and family members, a TLC source revealed to the outlet. Slaton's sister Amy was also present, wearing an orange dress and had her hair colored purple. The bride wore a white gown and tiara while the groom was spotted in a black outfit with brown suspenders.

Slaton was previously in a relationship with Philip, who her sister Amy said wanted "her to be a glutton." They met on social media and Philip was apparently known for being attracted to bigger women and never dating anyone under 300 lbs. Eventually Slaton broke it off as she was "tired of fighting."

"Tammy told me she broke up with Phil, and I'm like, about damn time. Now you need to work on yourself. Tammy don't need somebody that wants her to be a glutton," Amy said on the show. "I'm hoping with the whole breakup, it don't deter Tammy away from her weight loss, because she needs to lose this 25 lbs. The doctor gave her a goal."

Earlier this year, Slaton lost 115 lbs. after just 30 days at the rehab facility in Ohio, according to her brother. "I'm overjoyed that she's ready to get on this train and start rolling down the tracks," Chris said at the time during the show's season finale.

The reality star decided to focus on weight loss after a terrifying health scare that put her on a ventilator and in a medically induced coma. After 3 weeks in the hospital, Slaton decided it was time for a change. "I'm not doing this for anybody but myself," Tammy said in the episode per PEOPLE. "I've decided to put myself first. Take care of Tammy."

More recently in late October, Slaton and Willingham revealed they were engaged and shared the video of the proposal. According to the outlet, the two shared the same struggles and found comfort in each other. They were a "huge support" for each other in rehab. Now, Willingham plans on moving to Kentucky to spend more time with his new wife.
