According to Hollywood Life, the TLC famed personality was photographed while running errands with family on Thursday, May 4. She didn't have her walker or wheelchair with her, but she did have an oxygen tank, and the tubing was visible dangling below her neck. On the excursion, she wore a gray sweater, black sweatpants, and what appeared to be cozy footwear. Page Six reported that after a harrowing hospital visit last year, which was shown on her TLC show, she has improved. At that time, Slaton had stopped breathing, fought with carbon dioxide poisoning, and undergone a tracheotomy.
Tammy mentioned that she desired weight loss surgery following the hospitalization in a January episode. “I think me hitting my rock bottom has opened my eyes. I have to get better. This is my last chance. I just don’t understand why God saved me again,” she said addressing her health concerns and weight gain affecting her wellbeing. She has lost weight since starting her quest, and her supporters have frequently congratulated her accomplishments. She said back in March that she had lost enough weight to be able to be seated in a vehicle.

Last week, the reality star went on a girls' night out with her friends and sister Amy Slaton. Amy shared Instagram pictures from the occasion that show Tammy without a wheelchair or walker. The recent images posted by her showed her keenness to be interactive with her fans and well-wishers who have always been supportive of her tough journey. People over the social media platform Instagram commenting below the recent picture expressed their happiness over her look.
