A 21-year-old Texas woman is still missing, one week after she disappeared following an argument with her ex-boyfriend, according to relatives and friends. Madeline Molina Pantoja was last seen on May 10 at her Midland, Texas, apartment, where she had been left off by a friend after supper, per PEOPLE.

"It's something we don't wish on anybody, we never thought this was going to happen to our family," said Ruby Urias, Madeline's cousin, in an interview with News West 9. "Thursday at 1:30 her neighbors heard her arguing with her ex-boyfriend and after that, we have not known anything about her," Urias added.

Her dog, phone, and car keys were all left in her apartment, which is uncharacteristic of her according to her family. "She's been a very independent young lady, she gets her stuff paid she's very responsible," said Urias.

Family and friends are concerned her ex-boyfriend might have been involved in her disappearance, per KMID. “People from those apartments have spoken more about things, they heard arguments, not just on her floor…but outside,” said Pantoja’s cousin, Myriam Benavides.

Pantoja was last spotted at 1711 West Francis on May 10 at about 11:00 p.m. She was arguing with her ex-boyfriend immediately before she vanished, according to family and acquaintances. A family-led search last weekend yielded no results, and Pantoja's loved ones are appealing to the community for assistance in bringing Pantoja home. “Parents shouldn’t (have to be) clueless about where their daughter is,” Benavides said.

“I wish I could show her how much she’s loved and how much we want her back,” said Pantoja’s friend, Karen Ramos.

The Midland Police Department stated that they have no clues on what Pantajo was last seen wearing or vehicle details to aid with the hunt. It is appealing to the public for any and all information. Police have not identified the man Pantoja was arguing with, but her family says it was her ex.

Pantoja stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. She has brown hair, a rose tattoo on her arm, and two butterfly tattoos behind her right ear. The family has announced a $10,000 reward for anyone who helps to locate her. The family is also raising funds on GoFundMe, started by her sibling Christian Pantoja. "I’m fundraising for my little sister Madeline. The money will be added toward the cash reward for the person (who will be kept anonymous if they wish) who provides valuable information that leads us to find Madeline," the fundraiser reads.
