The four future Queens along with a future Grand Duke came together for a portrait ahead of Princess Ingrid Alexandra's 18th birthday celebration.

Princess Ingrid Alexandra of Norway celebrated her 18th birthday in true royal fashion. The Norwegian royal family welcomed royals from all around Europe, including Greece, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands for the glamorous gala. The daughter of Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit is second in line to Norway's throne.

Amongst the guests who were present for the royal birthday celebrations were three other future Queens of Europe. Those in attendance included the Netherlands' Princess Catharina-Amalia, Belgium's Princess Elisabeth, and Sweden's Princess Estelle.

Before the celebrations at the Royal Palace, the four future queens of Europe and a future grand duke came together for a portrait. According to PEOPLE, Princess Ingrid Alexandra took the center spot in a purple gown. Princess Catharina-Amalia of the Netherlands, 18, and Princess Elisabeth of Belgium, 20 stood at the back. Princess Estelle of Sweden, 10, and Prince Charles of Luxembourg, 2, posed on either side of Princess Ingrid Alexandra.

Although Princess Ingrid turned 18 in January, the gala was postponed amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Norway's King Harald V and Queen Sonja threw Princess Ingrid Alexandra a glamorous party at the Royal Palace, reports Town & Country Magazine. On Thursday, Norway's royal family began the birthday festivities with a government celebration, and dinner at Deichman Bjoervika, Oslo's main library.

The other guests who were present at the royal gala were Spain's King Felipe, Denmark's Crown Prince Fredrik, and Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel. The event also marked the first royal appearance of Norway's Princess Märtha Louise and her fiancé Shaman Durek Verrett as an engaged couple.

King Harald delivered a speech in honor of his granddaughter's special day concluding with wise words. "I've told you this many times before, Ingrid, but a grandfather is allowed to repeat his most important piece of advice over and over again: Be yourself. And trust that it is enough - always," he shared, per Hello Magazine.

The young princess also took center stage while speaking to her brothers in an emotional speech. The 18-year-old royal thanked her brothers, Marius and Magnus for their support. Her voice broke as she said, "Marius, thank you for everything I have learned from you, and for us to talk together about everything. Thank you for always protecting me. Magnus, you are always kind to me when I need it. Thank you for giving me a hug when I have a little extra tough day. I'm so proud to have you as brothers."
