The 'Iron Man 2' star was spotted at Beverly Hills on Thursday, January 26.
Micky Rourke was recently spotted wearing a blonde hairpiece as he stepped out for lunch with his friend and singer Kris Kristofferson. The 70-year-old actor was seen leaving Four Seasons with Kristofferson in Beverly Hills on Thursday, January 26.
What was most noticeable was the actor's new blonde tresses. He kept his look casual with a black v-neck t-shirt and a pair of blue jeans with a black leather jacket over it and a matching gold buckle belt. Kristofferson sported dark jeans with a black T-shirt and a matching puffer jacket.
Earlier this year the actor showed solidarity with Alec Baldwin after he accidentally killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins in October 2021. The 42-year-old was shot with live rounds from a prop gun Baldwin was holding. Baldwin settled a wrongful-death lawsuit with Hutchins' widower, Matthew, in October 2022, reports PEOPLE. Matthew, who shares 10-year-old son Andros with Hutchins, said in a statement, "I have no interest in engaging in recriminations or attribution of blame (to the producers or Mr. Baldwin). All of us believe Halyna's death was a terrible accident. I am grateful that the producers and the entertainment community have come together to pay tribute to Halyna's final work." Criminal charges have been announced against Rust star and producer Baldwin and armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed.

Rourke commented on the issue calling what happened to Hutchins "a terrible tragedy" in a post on Instagram. The actor said he usually never comments on what happens on other people's sets but stood by Baldwin saying that "no way in hell" should he be charged with negligence. "Most actors don’t know anything about guns especially if they didn’t grow up around them. Alec didn’t bring the gun to the set from his house or his car, when weapons are involved on a movie set, the guns are supposed to be handled only by the 'weapon armor.'"
The Iron Man 2 star also said in some cases "the 1st AD might pass a gun to an actor, but most of the time the gun is handed to the actor directly by the 'gun armor.' There’s what armor’s job is on the set. To have an expert around any type of dangerous weapon. The actor then has an option of dry firing the gun him or himself to double-check. Noway in hell should Alec Baldwin be blamed for this unfortunate tragedy."
He also pointed out that Baldwin "is already suffering enough over what happened" and that to place the blame on him is "terribly terribly wrong." He concluded, " With my deepest condolences to Halyna Hutchins, to her family and her friends."
