The former Israeli space security chief, Haim Eshed, said that many governments have agreements with the galactic federation.

Former Israeli space security chief, Haim Eshed, has boggled many minds with his statement. He also said that governments of different countries have been in touch with the extraterrestrial folks and are keeping it a secret.
"The Unidentified Flying Objects have asked not to publish that they are here, humanity is not ready yet," Haim, former head of Israel's Defense Ministry's space directorate, told Israel's Yediot Aharonot newspaper, who published the interview in Hebrew. Later, it was published in English by the Jerusalem Post. His statement is surprising as he is a respected professor and retired general, which also lends credibility to what he said.
Haim, 87, served as the head of Israel’s security space program from 1981 to 2010. He has won the Israeli Security award three times. He has also been awarded for developing confidential technologies, as per a Jewish Press report.

Haim added that the extraterrestrial folks were curious about humanity and were seeking to understand "the fabric of the universe," as per NBC News. Not just that, he said that the non-earthly folks were so advanced that cooperation agreements between them and humanity exist. The signed agreement includes cooperation about an "underground base in the depths of Mars" where there are American astronauts and alien representatives.
"There is an agreement between the U.S. government and the aliens. They signed a contract with us to do experiments here [on Earth]," he said. The former Israeli official added that US President Donald Trump was aware that aliens exist. Reportedly, Trump had been "on the verge of revealing" information but was asked not to in order to prevent "mass hysteria."

"They have been waiting until today for humanity to develop and reach a stage where we will understand, in general, what space and spaceships are," Haim said, referring to a galactic federation.
A spokesperson for NASA said that one of their key goals is to look for life in the universe but they haven't found any evidence for extraterrestrial life. "Although we have yet to find signs of extraterrestrial life, NASA is exploring the solar system and beyond to help us answer fundamental questions, including whether we are alone in the universe," the spokesperson said in a statement.

No official statement has been released by the US government and even the Israeli professor has acknowledged that his statements sound absurd, and that he may have been hospitalized had he said this five years ago.
"Wherever I’ve gone with this in academia, they’ve said: the man has lost his mind. Today they’re already talking differently. I have nothing to lose. I’ve received my degrees and awards, I am respected in universities abroad, where the trend is also changing," he was quoted as saying by the Jewish Press.
