Willison married Jackson in 2012 but within two years they parted ways.
Baywatch star Jeremy Jackson's ex-wife and former model, Loni Willison was recently spotted digging through trash in Santa Monica. Why, you ask? Well, since October 2018, she's been homeless.
Last year, The Sun reported that they saw the 37-year-old pushing a trolley containing her belongings, scavenging through the trash behind multi-million dollar homes in LA’s Venice district. When they spoke to her she said, “I can live on my own. I’ve got everything I need right here. Nobody really cares about me and I don’t want to see them, they don’t want to see me."
Once the cover girl of Australia’s Glam Fit magazine, Willison is now roaming the streets of Los Angeles. She married Jackson in 2012 but in just two years, they parted ways because of the booze-fuelled fights that led to Jackson allegedly attacking Willison at their West Hollywood home. In 2016, she suffered a mental breakdown following which she not only lost her job at an LA cosmetic surgery center, she also lost her apartment and car.
The blonde beauty endured a lot of mental health issues that led to her missing several teeth, battling crystal meth and alcohol addiction. In 2018, when her friends tried to get her help at rehab, she ran away only to be found in 2020.
While talking to DailyMailTV previously, Willison had revealed that she had nothing left with her. "I lost two jobs and everything crumbled. It's been two years, I've been on the streets since." The more she spoke it became clearer that she was in desperate need of help, according to The Daily Mail. "I was getting tortured in my home, my apartment," she explained.
"I was living by myself but I was getting electrocuted. It was really bad, really horrible. I later found a red mark on the back of my neck and I think that was how the electricity was getting into my head. Things got worse and worse and worse and then I was kicked out."
She then explained why she hasn't been in contact with any of her family members. "Yes I do have a lot of friends, many many friends, and family, but everyone I talked to at the time seemed really strange. I struggled to get across to them what I was talking about, even really simple things, so I just stopped talking to everybody. It just wasn't getting me anywhere and I was only getting more frustrated. I haven't had any contact with family or friends recently."
When asked about Jackson, she said that she hasn't been in contact with him since their split. "I have not had any contact with him. All the s**t that's happened to me has been so f*****g crazy. I once saw him outside my apartment when I was starting to get tortured. I saw him, he was on the phone and then the next second he was invisible. He was literally gone. I was like, 'What the hell?'''
Cindy Kovacs, who is Jackson's ex-girlfriend exclusively told The Sun that he refused to help Willison in any manner. “It’s really sad what happened to Loni and she never got the help she needs." Kovacs added that she was surprised by Jackson's reaction when he found out that Willison was living off Melrose Avenue in LA in 2018. “Jeremy was going to get her help [after] Loni ran away, but he didn't do anything. It was worth nothing to him. He didn't give a s**t. It was appalling, sickening."
Jackson didn't comment on his ex-wife's destitute condition when approached by the publication.
The 40-year-old actor played Hobie Buchannon in Baywatch alongside screen dad David Hasselhoff. He had his personal share of struggles battling addiction issues and jail time. Now, he's all into personal fitness. Two years ago when he was asked about Willison, he replied, “All I can tell you is that my attention, my time, my focus is where I can be most effective and we're doing all right.”
The former fitness model revealed that she recently got hurt when someone pushed her on the glass. According to The Daily Mail, the wound looked like it needed immediate medical attention. Divulging her desire to get off the streets, Willison said, "Yes, I do want to get off the street. I want a new life. I have been to rehab before but it didn't work out for me. I've got so much to figure out to get off the streets, I need some help."
