Ben Affleck Reveals One Thing He Believes His 'Gorgeous' Wife Jennifer Lopez Would Change About Him

Ben Affleck is doing some self-reflection from the eyes of his beau, Jennifer Lopez. Affleck, 50, remarked to Drew Barrymore on the April 21 broadcast of her talk show, The Drew Barrymore Show, that he has a guess as to what the actor's wife would change if she had the chance, even though she has "never said" that she would change anything about him, per PEOPLE. "She would probably want to cultivate brevity in the way I speak," said Affleck of Lopez, 53. "I don't know if you've noticed, but I go on and on and on. I talk in circles."

"She's never said that to me, but that would be my guess," he added.

Affleck acknowledges that he speaks excessively, but he and his wife do share a significant language talent: the capacity to speak flawless Spanish. The actor/director recently spoke in Spanish about his upcoming film Air with a radio station in Spain called La Cadena SER, and the footage of him speaking such fabulous Spanish quickly went viral.

While there is undoubtedly something to be said about Lopez's "work ethic" in terms of how she looks, Affleck acknowledged in another section of his discussion with Barrymore, 48, that Lopez "just eats whatever she wants." He said, "Let me tell you something that's gonna upset you. Jennifer just eats whatever she wants. Whatever she wants. She eats cookies, ice cream, everything."

Barrymore, who was visibly shocked, enquired of her guest, "Is it the working out?" — to which the Academy Award winner replied, "She works out. I work out too, but I don't magically appear to be 20 years old, you know what I mean? With perfect skin and the whole thing."

"There's no taking away of the work ethic — the work ethic is real, the discipline is real — but also the superhuman thing is real," Affleck said. "She's the most gorgeous woman in the world. She looks spectacular."

In a series of lighthearted inquiries, Barrymore poked fun at Affleck, asking him when he last went skinny dipping, per PEOPLE. "My wife and I went on a little vacation recently, we went in the pool — I don't know if that counts as skinny dipping. It wasn't, like, an '80s college movie or anything."

"Well, were you naked?" asked Drew Barrymore. "We were naked in the pool, yes," he confirmed, to cheer from the audience.
