Bruce Willis’ Wife Shares Video of the Moment She “Fell Head Over Heels in Love” | They’ve Been Married for 14 Years

Retired Hollywood superstar Bruce Willis has been in a marital union with Emma Heming Willis for more than a decade after splitting from his first wife, actress Demi Moore. Emma Heming has recently added something special to her social media which has always been filled with pictures from her jolly good life with a big family and her husband. She shared a montage video on her Instagram on December 28 with the caption, “It was that winter, 15 years ago I fell head over heels in love with him.” In the video, Emma and Bruce can be seen enjoying a vacation atop a snowy mountain. Bruce can be seen taking his future wife on a snowmobile ride and it appears that he had filmed most of their videos by himself.

Without a doubt, this was indeed the moment she fell in love with the veteran action star. According to PEOPLE, the duo first met in 2007 and they took the ski trip the same year. Emma had mentioned that she was impressed by Bruce’s sense of humor and found him extremely attractive. "When we first met, I was surprised at how charming and how funny he was and extremely handsome," she said as per the outlet.

However, the Die Hard actor “was already in love with her.” In March 2009, they finally made things official by tying the knot in the Turks and Caicos Islands. In 2012, the couple welcomed their first daughter, Mabel Ray and in 2014, Emma gave birth to their second daughter, Evelyn Penn.

According to PEOPLE, Heming Willis shared the news of Bruce’s aphasia diagnosis in March 2022 on Instagram, to announce that the actor will be retiring from his long and illustrious acting career. The couple loves to spend a good share of their time away from the spotlight these days and make the most of every moment they have together.

"To Bruce's amazing supporters, as a family, we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities. As a result of this and with much consideration Bruce is stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him," the post read and was further shared by Willis’ ex-wife and his older kids from the previous marriage.

The post was flooded with comments from devoted fans of the actor and Emma thanked everyone by making an Instagram story post. "Your love, support, compassion, and prayers really help," she wrote, adding, "I'm grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
