With her 22-year-old son Dylan Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones attended the National Treasure: Edge of History red carpet premiere on Monday night in Hollywood. The 53-year-old claims she is enjoying her family life, which she describes as getting "better and better" every year.

This is the second major premiere that the movie and TV star has attended in the past month, per PEOPLE. In November, she attended the Los Angeles debut of her new Netflix Addams Family series, where she took her son Dylan with her as well. "I enjoy every minute with this guy. Well, he's a good son. It's just the best," the mother of two said about Dylan. "I mean, each year gets better and better and with such good friends, I think, in our family, which is great," she adds.

"Both my daughter and Dylan have been so incredibly supportive to me, not just as an actor, but just me, you know," the Welsh actress had shared with PEOPLE at the time of the Addams Family premiere. She talked of their "very close relationship," adding, that she feels "extremely blessed" for having the two in her life. "I've been extremely blessed to be able to have both in my life," she shared.

Zeta-Jones shares Dylan and Carys with husband and fellow actor Michael Douglas. "Well first of all, husband Michael is very happy that this is my date! A collaboration between the two of us, the gift that keeps on giving," Zeta-Jones added. The Academy Award winner, as any mother would be, is simply pleased that her child "actually wants" to spend time with his parents. At the Wednesday premiere, Dylan said, "It's cool to see how, you know, you meet people, talk to people, how they act, and you know, see if maybe one day I want to do that. So, it's very cool."

The couple has had a glorious marriage, of which they recently completed 22 years. Both the doting wife and the loving husband shared adorable Instagram posts for each other. Douglas celebrated by posting a cute photo of the couple on their wedding day with the caption, "Happy Anniversary to my darling Catherine! I love you so much."  The 78-year-old's 53-year-old Oscar-winning wife responded, "Love you," to the sweet homage. Zeta-Jones also shared a photo of the two sharing a kiss on social media, writing, "22 years and 1 day! It's in the fine details... love you sweetheart. Happy Anniversary."
