Bella Weems-Lambert and Dallin Lambert are sharing their journey from infertility to adoption. The couple always knew they wanted a family but they never expected for it to be such a rollercoaster ride. While they got married young they never thought they would struggle with getting pregnant but after years of trying they decided to first turn to a specialist.

"I am so young. I'm so healthy. I felt like I was in denial. I was like, 'There's no way that I have to do IVF,'" Bella said according to Good Morning America. "For six months, we did a bunch of different procedures. We did an IUI. We did some medicated cycles, we did injections…. And all were unsuccessful. It was really mentally draining and exhausting."

They even went overseas to connect with an IVF doctor in Oman whom they thought would be able to help. "We're big travelers, we love traveling. So we felt like, let's make light of the situation. Let's go overseas," she said. "Let's go and do IVF and try to make it fun." Sadly, it didn't work out.

With over a hundred thousand followers on Instagram and more than 1 million subscribers on YouTube, they decided to share their journey with the world. At first, they found sharing their vulnerabilities pretty frightening but then "we realized that we had the potential to help other couples going through it, we thought that it would be best to put it out there and start sharing it," said Dallin.

When the IVF process didn't work out they decided to choose adoption to extend their family and were adoption-certified on March 26. They are in touch with a few different agencies to help "match" expectant mothers with prospective adoptive parents. "Every situation is different. You can [wait for a match] for a couple of years, or we've heard that it can be a couple of weeks or a couple of months," Dallin explained.

As they waited they wanted to let other people who are struggling know that they are not alone in this process. "I never thought I would have this trial but in some ways, it’s made me stronger. I know that because of infertility I am going to be a more present mother and I will never take moments with my kids for granted. If you are in the thick of infertility treatments…keep on going. Stay strong. No one understands how hard it is mentally and physically," Bella shared on Instagram. She added that infertility has been the hardest thing she's been through "but I really believe it led me to where I am today."
