Ashton Kutcher tried to assign blame to Demi Moore for cheating on her. She left him after his second affair went public.

Relationships go wrong all the time but we hope that our partners would tell us when they feel they can't be with us anymore. Instead, some people betray us in the most heartbreaking ways and we find out from external sources. It can make us lose faith in people when they go behind our backs.
Demi Moore, 57, who was married to Ashton Kutcher, 42, from 2005 to 2013, had her heart broken by him in terrible ways. They met in 2003 and felt sparks despite their 16-year age gap. By 2011, their relationship had broken down completely. According to Elle, Moore said in a statement, "It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother, and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life." Their divorce was finalized in 2013.
In 2019, Moore released her memoir Inside Out and came clean about Kutcher's indiscretions during their marriage. She made loaded accusations against the That 70s Show actor. She claimed that he cheated on her not once, but twice. He reportedly used certain private experiences they had as a couple to deflect blame from his behavior.
When Kutcher was shooting for the film Spread, he told Moore to not come to the set as his co-star Jennifer Jason Leigh didn't feel comfortable. Leigh, who dropped out of the film, reportedly never had a problem with Moore. "The bottom line was that she wasn’t worried about me being on set, he was," she wrote, as per RadarOnline. "He wasn’t honest."
The Ghost actress also revealed that she indulged in a menage a trois to keep him happy and regrets it now. "I wanted to show him how great and fun I could be," she wrote. She added that the two trysts with a third partner were a "mistake."
In 2010, he reportedly cheated on her with a 21-year-old woman he met while bowling with Moore’s daughter Rumer. How he met her felt like a "real f**k you" on top of the infidelity. She alleged that the No Strings Attached actor wasn't apologetic about what he had done. "Because we had brought a third party into our relationship, Ashton said, that blurred the lines and, to some extent, justified what he’d done," Moore wrote. He wanted Moore to take a part of the blame for his actions.
The mother-of-three said that their marriage suffered these setbacks following a miscarriage after a six-month pregnancy. They also tried IVF but it didn't work. Instead of being supportive, he introduced more difficulties.
The way Moore found out about his affair was also humiliating for her since it was reported in the media. She had been shooting for a film in 2010 when the Just Married actor brought the 21-year-old to their conjugal home in New York.
He was caught red-handed a second time when there were reports that he had an affair at his friend Danny Masterson’s San Diego bachelor party, which happened to be on their sixth wedding anniversary weekend.
San Diego-based administrative assistant Sara Leal went on record about the night she spent with The Butterfly Effect actor. "He just came up and kissed me," the Texas native told Us Weekly. She said that she joined Kutcher and another young woman, who were in a hot tub on the balcony in his hotel suite. "I didn't think it was out of the ordinary," Leal said. "I wasn't self-conscious about getting naked."
They spent the night together and when this story was splashed across the web is how Moore found out. "I felt sick to my stomach," Moore wrote about how she felt when she found out. "I knew she wasn’t lying."
Kutcher moved out of their New York home soon and they went separate ways. He married his That 70s Show costar Mila Kunis in 2015. They have two kids together.
