The internet started buzzing right after Demi Moore opened Fendi's 2021 couture runway show at Paris Fashion Week, which was held from January 25-28. The actress's look was in question with fans wondering if she has undergone plastic surgery.

Moore's freakishly sculpted cheekbones and plumped pout was something that concerned people, reported The Blast. Sharing Moore's picture on Twitter, one user wrote, "This makes me sad." While another one wondered, "What did Demi Moore do to her gorgeous unique face?"

Even plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Agullo shared his views on the Ghost star's recent transformation. "Demi's injector has certainly gone overboard with fillers in the cheeks, lips, and mandible; to the point of looking unnatural," he said. "It seems she has had a facelift, but the fillers get all the attention. On a positive note, her face and neck skin are much smoother which is probably a combination of Micro-Botox and radiofrequency."

The actress has been appreciated for maintaining her youthful look and all her transformations, unfortunately, social media has been critical of her look even though there has been no proof if she really did go under the knife. While some called her face "scary" others went for the term "awful." Some even "refused" to believe it was her as one user wrote, "That’s not demi I refuse to believe it."

They even compared her face to actresses who've previously got plastic surgery done with one user writing, "Women like JLo, Liz Hurley, and Gwen Stefani have had tons of work done but they look great. Nothing against having work done. But don't do whatever Demi Moore has done."

Some even questioned the way women handle aging, as one Twitter user wrote, "The Demi Moore talk reminds me of the messed up way some women in our society deal with getting older. Forced to carve their face into a caricature because we put a forced expiration date on beauty."

While some were disappointed with one user writing, "This is so so so sad she was so beautiful !! Why whyyyyy @justdemi you were so so so beautiful I'm so upset... This is not right...you were the most beautiful woman in the world why did you do this to your face!?"

Others questioned her confidence and self-worth with one user penning, "This is painful insecurity. This is total lack of confidence. What in the world would make you do that to your own face?" But there were some who complimented the actress for looking the way she is with one user calling Moore a "dramatic beauty."

However, the 58-year-old looked more like herself in the pictures she shared on her Instagram post the event which could mean that the look could've been a result of make-up and some extreme contouring. During a chat with Naomi Campbell on the model's Youtube series No Filter With Naomi, Moore looked gorgeous and just like, well... Demi Moore!

Even though the Striptease actress didn't talk about her now-infamous look, she did express how excited she was to watch her "teenage dream" getting fulfilled. “I took a moment and I thought, ‘Oh my God, I just walked a runway show with some of the biggest models ever.’ … I literally felt like a little kid,” she said.

Moore shared the ramp with Campbell as well as Bella Hadid, Cara Delevingne, Christy Turlington, Kate Moss, and Lila Moss. It was the actress who opened the show in a plunging off-the-shoulder black suit and giant black geometric statement earrings." But for Moore, the entire event was "special" because for her it was more than just the clothes. “It felt special for me because it felt less that it was entirely just about the clothes but it was more about the full story,” she said. “It felt very magical and moving.”

When the star had come across rumors of her going under the knife while dating Ashton Kutcher to look younger since he was 15 years her junior, Moore has opened up to Marie Claire magazine in 2009 and claimed that the reports were "false" while noting that "I would never judge those who have."

She said that she understood if plastic surgery was the "best thing" for those who did decide to go through with the procedure, and didn't "see a problem" with it. However, she also added that she didn't feel like the procedure was for her since she preferred aging with grace.

"On the other hand, I don’t like the idea of having an operation to hold up the aging process, it’s a way to combat your neurosis," she said. "The scalpel won’t make you happy. That said, the day when I start crying when I look at myself in the mirror might be the day when I’m less adamant about not having it done. For the moment I prefer to be a beautiful woman of my age than try desperately to look thirty."

So, it looks like Moore is still the same with no synthetic additions to her natural beauty. The fans can rest in peace now.
