We now know that it wasn't Moon Angell!
Dog The Bounty Hunter has finally found love again! Or so it seems.
After his wife, Beth's passing, Duane had revealed time and again that he is not the kind of man who could go on without a partner and he wants to have true love back in his life. As it turns out, Duane has, in fact, found true love in a 51-year-old rancher from Colorado, Francie Frane, reported The Sun.

Dog just remember u promised Your wife Beth that there will never another Mrs Chapman. Dog u better keep your promise.
Francie and Duane connected when he called her husband Bob to his ranch regarding some work and Francie had to reveal to him that Bob died months before Beth. After Beth's demise from throat cancer, Duane was heartbroken and lonely, he often found himself longing for the same care and love. This need for love and companionship brought them together.
In fact, the bounty hunter's family that was dead against his alleged relationship with Moon Angell has accepted the match whole-heartedly. After news of Duane's relationship with Moon broke, he had a severe fall out with his eldest daughter Lyssa but they recently got back together in glee and it is possible that Francie was the one who united the family.

The pair began talking on the phone and became close - and are helping each other deal with the grief of losing their spouses, Lyssa said to The Sun.
She added, "They are both so happy together and they are good for each other. Francie has been very respectful to all the kids - and to Beth's memory - and my dad is the same way with Bob and their children."
They are also bringing out each other's spiritual side. "They go to church three times a week and dad is trying to give up smoking - she is a good woman for my dad," Lyssa went on. "He's the happiest I've seen him in a long time - he's so in love and wants to spend the rest of his life with Francie."
"They both lost their spouses to cancer so they know what it's like to go through that and they are helping each other through it. But at the same time, they are being very respectful of each other's grieving process and they're not trying to replace each other's partner," Lyssa, for whom her late mom's memories mean a lot, explained.
"Beth would approve - I honestly believe that Beth sent Francie for my dad - I feel like Beth and Bob are up there watching down over them."
While Duane had earlier revealed that he and Moon were never dating, The Sun states that the couple split up a few weeks ago [this could also mean they are no longer friends], following which the family reunited.
Bondswoman Rainy, who was Beth's best friend and also starred on Dog's Most Wanted, said she is also in support of Dog's new relationship. "I saw Dog go through a lot of stuff for the last two years - it was very difficult," she said. "He walked Beth right to the edge of life and did everything he was supposed to do."
"The kids lost their mother. And in many ways they felt like they lost her father. It was hard for me as a friend to see all that happening and there wasn't a damn thing I could do about it," Rainy explained. "So when he told me about Francie and how their path's crossed - I started looking into her and I thought 'wow she's not too bad at all'. Then I spoke to her and the first thing she said to me was 'I will always treat these kids with respect and honor and I will always honor their mother'," she revealed.
"Then she told me that she wants to help me with the scholarship program I set up as a memorial for Beth, which was really nice. I spoke to Dog and I have never heard him this happy, he was crying happy. Then I spoke to her and she was the same crying about how much she cares about him," she recounted.
"I think she is somebody that Beth would have picked. I'm happy because he deserves to be loved and I want him to spend the remainder of his life happy."
Duane had earlier mentioned that not only is he going through a financial crisis but also a health scare and that has left him emotionally broken. Now that he is together with his family and also has the love of his life with him, everything could soon fall in place. While one can hope that Beth will always remain an inseparable part of his life, doing what is needed to move on in life is also important.
