The sighting comes a few days after she was seen on an outing with her longtime partner Kurt Russell, 71 on Valentine's day.
The Oscar-winning actress wore an eye-catching striped shirt knotted at the waist, a sleek black puffer jacket and slim black pants as she carried a smoothie cup in her hand. Her casual outfit with complemented by a stylish pair of black slip-ons and flaunted a vivid red manicure that complemented the ruby on her necklace. The actress has always been honest about the secret behind her youthful appearance.
Goldie's beauty secrets include a simple skincare routine and relying on her own natural healing abilities. “I wash my face every day,” she said speaking to Rescue. "I massage it for about three minutes, and then I put creams on my face and go to sleep. And then I wake up in the morning and do the same thing! I don’t do much. I was using coconut oil for a while on my face." She further added that her mother used to “squeeze lemons” on her face to get the exfoliating acid, a homemade beauty hack that “wouldn’t cost her a fortune.”
The movie star has always prioritized hydration and shielding her skin from the sun. “I put on some sunscreen in the morning when I remember, and the rest is just making sure you’re hydrated and eating a lot of oil-based foods or oils and smiling a lot.” As for her blonde locks, it's all in her genes, as the actress has never dyed her hair. "I know it sounds strange, Hawn told Allure, "but I’ve never dyed my hair. I just rinse it regularly because I don’t have any chemicals."
In an interview with PEOPLE in 2017, Goldie discussed her healthy lifestyle and her fitness routine. "I try to drink my juices. I try to work out every day a little bit. I find moments in the day. I have short meditation spurts during the day if I don’t have a long one in the morning, during which sometimes the phone rings and you’re off and running, but I do find time to get quiet. I hike. I bike. I try to have as much fun as possible.”
Hawn explained that the key to good mental health and remaining upbeat is to "stay positive" and keep "very, very active." She explained, "I walk every day, run and do all kinds of things." The actress added, "If I don’t have an hour, I’ll do 15-minute intervals. It’s actually a very good thing to do. If you are demanding too much of yourself in an hour, you are demanding too many things".
