After suffering for 13 long years, Britney Spears' conservatorship has finally come to an end. But the trauma she had to endure for over a decade is still taking a toll on her, both mentally and emotionally.

The pop singer, who regularly takes to social media to share the musings of her heart, recently spoke about the conservatorship and her estranged father, Jamie Spears, per Bustle

On Monday, March 14, the "Baby, One More Time" singer shared on Instagram how her "womanhood stripped from her" while she was under conservatorship. In 2008, Jamie established a conservatorship in order to control her personal and financial affairs.

Spears—who seems to have completely deleted her Instagram account—wrote: "The first day my dad became a conservator I will never forget !!!" Spears wrote in her post. "He said sit down in that chair … we're going to have a talk …."

"He said 'I'm Britney Spears and I call the shots from now on' and ever since that day I felt a huge part of my womanhood stripped from me … I was never the same," she added. "But oh geez !!!! 13 years later and I say damn I got through it !!!!"

The "Toxic" hitmaker also said that she, "[misses] the deep angst of living in secret" during her conservatorship as she was "so alive !!!!" Seemingly referring to her 2008 LP "Circus", she went on to write, "If I told you when you were 17 that 9 years from now your dad is going to take over your whole career if you do this record, what the hell do you think [you] would have said ???? Not NO BUT HELL NO !!!"

Later that day, Spears, 40, also shared a selfie of her cleavage, and reflected back to the time she nursed her two boys—Sean Preston (16) and Jayden James (15), whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline, 43, with whom she was married from 2004 to 2007—and how she turned her living room into a "milk factory" as a new mother.

"Okay … so I breastfed my 2 boys … like a freaking milk factory !!!" she wrote. “I had literally 6 full bottles pumped out and ready to go at all times beside me as I was breastfeeding because I never wanted my babies to go hungry !!" Spears wrote. The singer also revealed that she was "always spraying out and leaking out," since her breasts were "so full" of milk.

"Four years after my children were born I was on tour changing in my quick change room and milk started coming out of my breast !!!" she shared. "Like a lot … I couldn't understand because there were no babies nearby and usually if that happens which is extremely rare it's because your body connects to another human being."

Britney concluded her post by sharing that she was, "Planning on having babies in Polynesia !!!!!"
