Garner reportedly jumped onto the smoothie bandwagon while preparing for her movie, Peppermint, after she started working with celeb nutritionist Kelly LeVeque.

LeVeque is known for what she calls her Fab Four formula: a drink with enough protein, fat, fiber and greens to keep you full for hours.

The Be Well Smoothie that she created for Garner has fairly simple ingredients that you can find anywhere.
