Keanu Reeves Is All-Smiles as He Is Spotted Holding Hands With Girlfriend Alexandra Grant at JFK Airport

Keanu Reeves and his girlfriend Alexandra Grant were recently spotted at JFK International Airport on Friday, April 28. The 58-year-old John Wick star looked handsome as always in an all-black ensemble. Grant, 50, looked casual chic with a navy blue turtleneck sweater, a patterned scarf, and light blue ankle trousers. The incredibly private couple who keep their relationship lowkey stepped out holding hands.

In recent times the couple has been more open about their affection for each other. Revealing his last moment of bliss he told PEOPLE recently that it was, "a couple of days ago with my honey," the actor said of his longtime girlfriend. “We were in bed. We were connected. We were smiling and laughing and giggling. Feeling great. It was just really nice to be together," he added.

The Matrix actor first appeared on the red carpet with artist Alexandra Grant at the LACMA Art+Film Gala in November 2019. The two were also seen more recently sharing a kiss while attending the 2023 Museum of Contemporary Art Gala at the Geffen Contemporary in Los Angeles, according to Insider.

The two have known each other for years having first connected over dinner in 2009. They've been friends for more than ten years and eventually decided to date. Grant first collaborated with the actor on his first book, Ode to Happiness, providing the illustrations. The LA-based artist also worked on Reeves’ 2016 book, Shadows. Grant opened up about her relationship with Reeves for the first time in an interview with British Vogue in 2020. The artist also admitted that her 2011 book with Reeves was a gift. “The book was made as a surprise, by me, for Keanu, as a private gift,” confirmed Grant. “All our friends sitting in the room got the giggles when I gave it to him – they said, ‘Please publish it!’ So that’s how we got into publishing.” When word of her relationship got out in 2019, she was amused. “I think every single person I knew called me in the first week of November, and that’s fascinating,” she said.

Reeves' co-star in John Wick 4, Rina Sawayama also shared her thoughts on the pair as a couple. "They're wonderful," Sawayama told PEOPLE. "We actually were able to spend some time in Berlin ... had some dinners, and it was great group dinners and that was wonderful. Beautiful, beautiful as a couple, beautiful people," she revealed. The pair came across as "just sweet" and "really warm" to Sawayama. "They're just very normal, honestly," she said. Reeves was also applauded for his kindness and for how he "cares about everyone on set."
