"I took my first job since having a baby. Having to leave him this morning was one of the hardest things I have ever done," she confessed.
Kelly Osbourne is back to work after giving birth to her baby boy but it's been tough being away from him. In an Instagram post, The 38-year-old said that she now has "newfound respect for working mothers" after taking her "first job since having a baby."
Sharing a selfie in the car on her way to work, she continued, "I took my first job since having a baby. Having to leave him this morning was one of the hardest things I have ever done." She admitted. "This day can't go by quick enough for me. I can't want to have him back in my arms. 😢." The pain was too much to bear for the working mom so the next she shared a snap on her Instagram Story featuring her son Sidney's car seat. "I could not leave him again so it's #BringYourBabyToWorkDay," she wrote, according to PEOPLE.
Osbourne and her boyfriend, metal band Slipknot's Sid Wilson, welcomed their baby boy at the end of 2022 but she wasn't happy with her mother Sharon Osbourne's announcement of the birth of her son as well as the public announcement of the baby's name. The 70-year-old was live on her UK television program The Talk on Tuesday, January 3rd, when she shared that Kelly and her baby are "doing so great, so great," adding, "She won't let a picture go out of him, and I'm so proud of her."
The grandmother-of-five then proceeded to reveal the name of Kelly's son on live TV. An upset Osbourne said she wasn't ready to share the news. "I'm not ready to share him with the world," she stated in an Instagram Story post. "It is no one's place but mine to share any information about my baby."
She also tried keeping the sex of her baby quiet, but her other parent, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne was also too excited to keep it on the down low. "Well, look, all I will say is that my dad has f****** told everybody," the first-time mom previously told PEOPLE in October last year. "Because he's so excited." The 73-year-old shared the news with the press even though Osbourne didn't want people to know just yet. "If you just look up one of his interviews, you'll find the answers," Osbourne shared. "Even though I'm not saying anything! He did an interview today and I'm outside the door. I'm like, 'Dad, shut up!' He tells everyone because he's so excited," she added.
