"I feel blessed to have a photo of the last time I saw my beautiful mama," Keough wrote.
Riley Keough posted a picture of her last meeting with her late mother Lisa Marie Presley. The Lodge actress, 33, uploaded a picture of herself grinning next to Lisa Marie during an Elvis Presley birthday celebration that took place at the Formosa Café in West Hollywood on Sunday, January 8, per PEOPLE.
"I feel blessed to have a photo of the last time I saw my beautiful mama. Grateful @georgieflores took this," Keough wrote in the caption of the Instagram post made on January 25.
Formosa Café's owner, Bobby Green, shares that he observed the mother-daughter duo at the time of the event, and felt the warmth of the relationship between the two. "They were really adorable together. They were side by side the entire night," Green told PEOPLE of Lisa Marie and her daughter, adding, "And of course, I think they had things to do that night. They had to sit in the Elvis booth together, and they had to get pictures, but they seemed to really genuinely enjoy it... They seemed very happy." Lisa Marie "had a smile on her face all night, and so did Austin and Riley, and everyone else. She seemed in very good spirits," added Green.
Days after this event, Lisa Marie passed away on January 12 at the age of 54 after a potential cardiac arrest. At a memorial service for Lisa Marie that was held at Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee, on January 22, Keough wrote a moving tribute.
Keough's husband Ben Smith-Petersen read aloud the tribute on behalf of Keough, which said, "I'm eternally grateful to have spent 33 years with you. I'm certain I chose the best mother for me in this world... I remember everything. I remember you giving me baths as a baby. I remember the way you would cuddle me ... and the way you smelled," Keough shared, in the eulogy read out by Smith-Petersen onstage.
Keough shared in the eulogy that her mother was key in shaping her view of what love is. "I remember how it felt to be loved by the most loving mother I've ever known. Thank you for showing me love is the only thing that matters in this life." Keough then shared the hope she has for her to be a mother like Lisa Marie was to her, adding, "I hope I can love my daughter the way you loved me, the way you loved my brother and my sisters."

She thanked her mother and called herself a 'product of your heart', saying, "Thank you for giving me strength, my heart, my empathy, my courage, my sense of humor, my manners, my temper, my wildness, my tenacity. I'm a product of your heart."
"I hope you finally know how loved you were here. Thank you for trying so hard for us," Smith-Peterson concluded for Keough. "If I didn't tell you every day, thank you."
