"And thank you to everyone who prayed for us, and offered to bring us food and supported us through this whole experience!" wrote Tori.
Little People, Big World star Zach Roloff is back home with his family after he had a medical scare. Zach, 32, underwent emergency brain surgery last week. His wife, Tori Roloff took to Instagram Stories on February 11 to share photos of her family together again, as per PEOPLE.
"He is home!!!" the exhilarated wife and mom of three, 31, wrote alongside a photo of Zach lying on the couch resting with son Josiah Luke, 9 months, on his lap and Lilah Ray, 3, and Jackson Kyle, 5 sitting next to their dad.
She continued, "Thank you, Jesus! And thank you to everyone who prayed for us, offered to bring us food, and supported us through this whole experience!" Tori added, "Thank you endlessly to the staff at OHSU for helping @zroloff07 through his entire experience. They were exceptional and we are so grateful to them!"
In one of the photos, Zach is seen lifting Josiah from his chest so the two could look at each other. In another story on her Instagram, the mom of three got her kids outside and wrote, "So grateful for the weather to get these kids outside so dad can rest!" The video showed Jackson and Lilah racing on scooters and Tori joked, there's "always a competition," as Josiah enjoyed a stroll in the sun, per PEOPLE.
Zach also took to Instagram and updated his fans on his health, reported TODAY. He also posted a picture where he is seen resting on the couch with his kids and wrote, “Hey everyone I am back home and recovering! Thank you to everyone who has reached out or come by the house to support Tori and the kids." He added, “It’s been an emotional week but hopefully on the road to recovery.”
He continued, "I had a shunt revision surgery after getting really sick. The shunt is always been something I’ve had but became very real this past week for our family. Thank you to @toriroloff for being the rock this week in our family and rallying the kids. My mom for coming up twice in the night so I could go to the ER. And the doctors and nurses at the hospital who advocated for me and continue to advocate and care for their patients every day. I’m happy to be home but thinking about everyone still in the ER, ICU, or Neurology that can’t be home yet."
The news of his medical treatment was first shared by his wife on Instagram, who wrote on February 9, “Zachary had emergency shunt revision this morning. It’s been a scary 72 hours but he is doing well and recovering!!”
“I’m here praying that Zach’s recovery is quick and easy and that this will be our answered prayer to relieving his migraines!” she continued. “You’re a freaking bad a**, Zach. You just had brain surgery… and handled it like a rockstar. I’m so proud of you.”
At the time, many family members left encouraging comments on the post. Amy Roloff congratulated her daughter-in-law. “You’re a trooper as well Tori,” she wrote, adding, “I’m glad I could be here so you could be there with him.” Matt Roloff, Zach's father, spoke of Zach's chronic medical issues and commented, “I’m so happy, hopeful, and prayerful that this fixes those darn migraines once and for all! Amen."
