As much fun as first dates seem to be, no one likes going through breakups that precede these meetings. But then again, dating is how most people find "the one" and so they put a brave face on and walk through these minefields. No thanks to the pandemic, the already unpredictable process of dating has become even more difficult. While it can be daunting for both men and women, the latter is faced with more challenges. A survey published by Pew revealed that both reported equal levels of dissatisfaction when it came to dating but unsurprising women had more negative experiences than their counterparts.

This behavior included being touched in an uncomfortable way and having rumors about their sexual history spread. It's not news that women are constantly forced to deal with misogynistic, condescending, and rude men who act immaturely when things don't go their way.
