Falling asleep in a car can be dangerous, especially during hot weather. With the windows rolled up, the temperature inside a vehicle can quickly soar to dangerous levels, resulting in heat exhaustion, heat stroke, or even death. The enclosed space traps heat, leading to a rapid increase in body temperature, dehydration, and diminished oxygen levels. The risk is heightened in warmer climates or during the summer months, and vulnerable individuals such as young children, elderly individuals, and those with pre-existing health conditions are particularly susceptible. Incidents like these are a gentle reminder of being a tad bit more careful in our day-to-day lives.
