Mom-Daughter Duo Melanie Griffith and Stella Banderas Looked Chic on a Girl’s Day Out in Beverly Hills

Stella Banderas is the youngest child of Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas who were married from 1996 to 2015.

Celebrity mother-daughter pairs always look good together, and Stella Banderas, 26, and Melanie Griffith, 65, were recently spotted together. On October 20, Working Girl actress Griffith, 65, and her daughter Stella Banderas, 26, spent the day running errands in Beverly Hills. With a white long-sleeve blouse, torn blue trousers, and grey Birkenstock sandals, the blonde beauty chose comfort above style. In order to shield her eyes from the harsh Los Angeles sun, Griffith was also seen sporting a pair of white lace fingerless gloves and brown sunglasses according to, Hollywood Life. The 65-year-old finished off her laid-back appearance by styling her front-swept bangs and putting her golden locks in a loose top knot.

The 26-year-old daughter that Griffith has with her ex, 62-year-old Antonio Banderas, looked fabulous while spending the day with her mother. Stella wore a white camisole top with black open-toe sandals and black jeans. The brunette beauty's hairstyle, which featured bangs in the front and was worn up, matched Melanie's. Notably, Griffith's Spanish-born daughter was sporting a pair of brown sunglasses that sat low on her nose. Stella added a fashionable gold necklace to complete her stylish look.

Stella turned 26 on September 24 of just last month. Her mother shared a snapshot of the two on Instagram and sent her loving daughter a birthday greeting. "Happy birthday, my beautiful baby! I love you with all of my heart and soul. You are magical! Thanks for choosing me to be your Mama!”, Griffith captioned the post.

Stella was born to Griffith and Antonio Banderas who were married from 1996 to 2015. While the couple had fallen out of love, they stayed together to protect their child as long as possible. "Their daughter Stella is about to be 18 in September and they wanted to wait until [the] kids were grown and out of the house before they split up, but knew they would awhile ago," the insider said in 2014. "They stayed together for the sake of the kids," they added.

As per InStyle, Griffith caught Banderas' attention the instant he laid eyes on her at the 1989 Academy Awards (which she attended with then-husband Don Johnson). Soon after asking Spanish filmmaker Pedro Almodovar who she was, he said, "I saw this beautiful woman with a cream dress, with pearls." But in the summer of 2014, Melanie and Antonio made public their "loving and friendly" separation. Despite the dissolution of their marriage, Banderas still has a strong affection for Griffith. The Desperado actor spoke about the special bond he had with Griffith in an interview with PEOPLE. "Melanie is not my wife anymore, but I think she is my best friend. I love her and will love her until the day I die. She’s my family," he said.
