Christmas has passed, but three Memphis children are still waiting for answers after their mother went missing on November 12, per PEOPLE. The family of Jacqulin "Jackie" Vail, 33, pleaded with the public for answers on Monday, December 26 as Geraldine Vail, Jackie's mother, sobbed during a press conference. “Please bring my baby girl home,” pleaded the mother, Geraldine Vail. “Please bring her home. Please. She got three kids out here who love her dearly. Wherever she’s at, touch their hearts, and let them bring her back home," she added.

Towanda Williams, Jackie's sister, told Action 5 News that Jackie never spends more than 24 hours without chatting with her family. "This is very difficult because I have her kids and … I've got to be strong and look for [her] all at the same time, and not break down in front of them," Williams told the outlet.

On November 13, Jackie's relatives reported her missing. Jackie was last seen with her boyfriend on Saturday at the Superlo Foods on Lamar Avene. She was last heard from by one of her 10-year-old twin kids. Her car was discovered two days later behind a building on Lamar with all of her stuff inside, including her cell phone.

Since Jackie's disappearance, family and friends have organized search parties, combing through neighboring woods and bush, but the public or the authorities have not found any firm leads as to where she could be. "I can't be OK until she gets here. I can't sleep, I can't eat, I can't do nothing," the sobbing mother added, during the press conference.

Jackie has 10-year-old twin daughters and a son. “I know that she wants to be here with us right now. And we miss her, all three of her kids miss her, and we’re just hoping that she comes back safely and unharmed,” said one of Jackie's daughters, Jakayla Jones, 10, adding, "I miss my mom and I love her, and something in my heart is telling me she's going to be back soon."

Jackie's family is now offering a $5,000 prize for information that leads to an arrest in the case. Jacqulin's boyfriend, identified in media reports and by relatives on Facebook as 34-year-old Ivory Hearnes, was arrested on unrelated narcotics charges during a search of his residence on November 29. Hearnes has not been charged in the case of Vail.
