Rihanna shared an adorable video of her 10-month-old son who turned out to be the cutest interruption to her exercise routine. "Look who don't want mommy to work out," the 35-year-old singer captioned the Twitter video of her caressing her baby boy with one hand. Rihanna is seen getting ready for her workout in a black sports bra, while she holds her son in her lap. The baby is wearing a pale green top and smiling and laughing as his mom cuddles him and says, "Please."

The Diamonds singer and her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, welcomed their first child in May 2022 and have baby number 2 on the way. A source told PEOPLE in February, "The main focus right now is on her family. She loves spending time with her son." The singer "loves being a mom" and is currently making that her priority because  "this is where her mind is at the moment," added the insider. "She is the happiest she has ever been."

The soon-to-be mom-of-two admitted her little one has changed her perspective on life. “When you become a mom, there’s something that just happens where you feel like you could take on the world — you can do anything. And the Super Bowl is one of the biggest stages in the world, so as scary as that was … there’s something exhilarating about the challenge of it all,” she said about her Super Bowl performance, per The Hollywood Reporter. “It’s important for my son to see that.”

Rihanna reflected on the first few days of being a mom telling Vogue that it's not always easy. In an interview for the publication's March 2023 issue, the musician admitted that while her birth "was beautiful" and that she felt "blessed" by the experience, going home as a family of three for the first time was no easy task. “Essentially, from one person I became two," the self-made billionaire told the publication, per TODAY. "You walk into the hospital as a couple and leave as a family of three. It’s nuts." Talking about how they barely slept since the little one's arrival, she added how the couple "came home, cold turkey, had no one."

"It was just us as parents and our baby. Man, you're a zombie for the most part," she said. As a style icon, she also spoke about “dressing for pregnancy" which she said "was such a piece of cake.” She added, “But dressing in postpartum, what the f**k do you do? The week that I came home from the hospital — that was nothing but sweats and hoodies." Despite the challenges, she can't wait to welcome her new baby. “Listen, I’m down for whatever. My wish would be I would like to have more kids but whatever God wants for me, I’m here," she said. “Girl, boy. Whatever.”
