Roseanne Barr is a renowned comedian and actress known for her ABC sitcom Roseanne. On a personal front, the 70-year-old has been married three times: first to actor and writer Bill Pentland in 1974 and then to comedy legend Tom Arnold in 1990. She married her former bodyguard, Ben Thomas in 1995, reports EW. However, it wasn't until she started dating Johnny Argent in 2002 that she knew she had found the love of her life. This time, she didn't marry but the two have been together for two decades.

Over the years, the actress has embraced old age and brushes off cruel social media trolls who have criticized her looks and called her old. She prefers to wear her age like a badge of honor and this includes flaunting her natural graying hair. "I want to look old because I am old," the 70-year-old said during a 2007 appearance on The View at the age of 57 according to PEOPLE. "And I think it's damn good to be old, too... I'm gonna stop dying my hair and go all the way gray."

In 2021, she captioned a photo sporting gray hair, "Feeling good, looking better." Barr started embracing her natural gray hair on the red carpet of the TV Land Awards way back in 2008.

Around the same time, the Roseanne alum also made a rare mention of her partner in an interview with the Guardian in October 2008, "My boyfriend and I are kindred spirits. He is feminine in a way. When he used to write for me, he lived in the desert. He was like a hermit just with his books," she reportedly said.

The two met in 2002 when she ran a writing competition for her blog. How did they fall in love? The pair spoke on the phone for 12 months before they met in person. "I fell in love with his voice," she revealed. The comedienne reportedly waited for him at the airport in the car and instantly felt the connection when he opened the door. "I was thinking, 'Why have I done this?' He opened the door, and I almost lost my mind. He was the most handsome man I've ever seen," she gushed.

According to Newsweek, Argent is a writer and composer, and the couple got together nine years after Barr and her second husband Tom Arnold divorced. Although they've never been officially married, they've been living together in Hawaii and their love has lasted years.
