Married for almost four decades, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne have set the bar quite high for celebrity couples who seem to be splitting way too soon after tying the knot.
But like many other married couples, the reality stars faced a rough patch in their relationship when Sharon decided to take a break after Ozzy cheated on her. “I made a huge mistake,” Ozzy, told HELLO! Magazine. “Without Sharon, I am nothing. I love her. I can honestly say that I have never loved anybody other than my wife."
The couple soon got back together to commemorate their 30-year marriage by renewing their vows. “It was hard to rebuild the trust, but I can’t imagine my life without Ozzy,” Sharon, 69, told HELLO!. “The ceremony was just beautiful. We’ve fallen in love all over again.”
“For me, this was actually our real wedding day. This is the one that I will remember. Sharon and I have been through so much, and this honestly feels like a new beginning,” Ozzy, 72, told HELLO! about the intimate ceremony.
Recently, Sharon said that she will never remarry should anything ever happen to Ozzy, and has told him he's not allowed to if she dies, either, the Mirror reported.
"I know if anything, God forbid, ever happened to my husband, I would not want to get married again ever, ever, ever," Sharon said, speaking on her US TV show The Talk. "If anything ever happened to me and my husband marries again I will haunt him," the mom-of-three added. "He better watch out!"
Sharon once recounted the time when Ozzy had fallen apart when he heard the news of her colon cancer diagnosis.
She also revealed that when she was in the hospital and he wasn't around, Ozzy would call her every few minutes to make sure she was okay. "When I heard the news I simply and utterly fell apart at the seams," he told Evening Standard. "This is the love of my life, and the thought that I could lose her was more than I could bear."
"Dad could not handle the thought of losing mum," Page Six quoted Kelly Osbourne, the couple's daughter. Sharon was eventually declared cancer-free and the family finally heaved a sigh of relief. While their relationship did go through a low after Ozzy was accused of infidelity, it could not stop them from longing for each other.
