If you love tiny succulent plants, which make your gardens look pretty, then you might love the new manicure trend taking over the internet. Even if you don't like plants, this innovative trend might still be for you. Australian artist Roz Borg has created this new nail art trend popular by sharing images of nails done-up with tiny plants on them on social media. She usually uses the succulents for terrariums and even jewelry, but now she's taking the concept of having a green thumb to a new level.

She's used the beautiful plants to create a manicure that would give you living nail art. "I had been making real succulent jewelry and wanted to use the same application on something I had never seen baby succulents used on before," Roz told The Huffington Post. "I Googled it and didn’t get any hits on anything, so I went for it," she said.

For this nail art, she uses Oasis glue, a floral adhesive, to stick the plants to a false nail. Once the false nails have dried, she uses nail glue to attach them to the real nails. While it may be a little time consuming, the results are amazing and worth giving a try. It takes close to an hour for each hand, but the colorful tiny bouquet at the tip of your fingers is a treat to look at.

The manicure may not be available at your local nail salon but you can definitely give it a whirl yourself. Since the nail art is environment-friendly, once it starts chipping off, it's not going to do any harm.

"People are stunned when they realize it’s real live plants, not 3D sculpting," Roz said. "Some people are grossed out, but most love it!"

If you love succulents, you should definitely visit her Instagram page since it will give you inspiration for your garden and jewelry. While it may not be the most practical or durable manicure, it is an interesting look at least. Definitely a conversation-starter.

"The Oasis glue eventually releases and I can plant the baby succulents and they can grow happily," she told the Huffington Post. "It’s definitely a temporary green thumb."

If this nail art is not your style, you can also try the jewelry made out of succulents that Roz makes. It takes being a natural beauty to another level.

She's also ventured into hair accessories and dreamcatchers. While all these products are temporary, they will be pretty while they last.
