The actress, blogger, and creator of the Happily Eva After lifestyle collection captioned the photo, "My Heart’s Been Borrowed And Yours Has Been Blue. All’s Well That Ends Well To End Up With You 🎶 Those who know us know so well what this moment means to us. We are so so so happy. Can’t wait to spend all the rest of our days together."

In her blog, she confirmed her relationship a couple of years ago. "I'm beyond happy to share with you that I have a wonderful boyfriend in my life!" she wrote in January 2021. "His name is Ian, he's super loving, creative, handsome, and funny, and we have a ton in common." The two have several shared passions — "both foodies, love going to museums, both Bookworms, both speak French" — and before they dated she confessed that they first formed a "really special friendship" before beginning to officially date.

This is exciting news for the actress to start a new chapter in her life. She divorced her ex-spouse of 8 years, and the father of her three children, former pro soccer player, Kyle Martino, in 2020. They were expecting their third child in the spring of 2020 but decided to co-parent instead. She shared that Hock was "so supportive" of her co-parenting relationship with her 42-year-old ex, per PEOPLE. She added, "To anybody embarking on dating after divorce, or thinking about whether you’re ready: there is happiness out there!"

For Eva, who is the daughter of Sarandon and director Franco Amurri, her mother was a huge source of inspiration to go after her own happiness. "I think the biggest lesson there was just the permission to want a lot for yourself, career-wise, as a woman. I think that was extremely valuable to me," she told Yahoo Finance. "I think (my mother) really unapologetically ... went after what she needed to be fulfilled. So it was nice to just have that example."

As for Sarandon, she said that she just wanted her children to grow up as good people. "I always felt that just if they had empathy and a sense of decency, and cared about people that they would find their own path," said the Dead Man Walking actress about her children, per TODAY. "I led by example and I trusted because they were good people they would find things that spoke to them," the mother of three shared.
