Kobe and Gianna Bryant's sad, untimely demise has left many fans reeling with shock and grief. The fateful helicopter crash on January 26 not only claimed nine lives but also left a slew of broken hearts for a lifetime. Their deaths must have left an inexplicable void in Vanessa Bryant and their three little girls' hearts as they grieve the loss every minute of every day.

The mother-of-three is said to be still "processing" her loss and is "worried" about her daughters and their future without a father, PEOPLE reported.

“The shock hasn’t entirely worn off,” a source close to the 37-year-old told PEOPLE. "She’s very tired; she hasn’t been sleeping. She’s worried about her girls, worried about what happens next." However, the only source of solace and comfort that she has right now is the messages of tribute, love, and support. “Every memorial means something to her,” said the insider. “Every memorial is important.”

The source also revealed that Vanessa and the girls are being taken care of by a strong support system. “She’s got people around her who are helping her: physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally,” added the insider. “She has spent the last week surrounded by people who love her and want only the best for her. She’s really being loved and cared for. And so are the girls.”

Ever since the news of Kobe and Gianna's demise broke, Vanessa had maintained a stoic silence until last week when she wrote a heartbreaking tribute message for her late husband and daughter. The world that was already mourning, may have choked up a bit more reading her message.

"We definitely need them. We are completely devastated by the sudden loss of my adoring husband, Kobe — the amazing father of our children; and my beautiful, sweet Gianna — a loving, thoughtful, and wonderful daughter, and amazing sister to Natalia, Bianka, and Capri,” she added.

She also went on to thank the people who have showered their love and blessings on them. "My girls and I want to thank the millions of people who’ve shown support and love during this horrific time. Thank you for all the prayers," Vanessa wrote.

Even in this tough time that she and her family are going through, Vanessa did not forget to step up and help the families of the other deceased passengers and has set up a campaign to accept donations and support for them.

If you want to help the families of the deceased you could log on to MambaonThree Fund. All the donations collected through this website will be directed towards the families of Alyssa Altobelli, John Altobelli, Keri Altobelli, Payton Chester, Sarah Chester, Christina Mauser, and Ara Zobayan.
